Projet de cr\u00e9ation d’un collectif d’Ile-de-France Masculine et F\u00e9minine de Flag Football (+16) <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Le Flag Football est un d\u00e9riv\u00e9 de la pratique qu’est le Football Am\u00e9ricain. En effet il est reconnu comme discipline formatrice des joueurs du plus haut niveau de notre pratique, mais aussi comme sport \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re. Ce sport se caract\u00e9rise par sa mixit\u00e9 ainsi que par son accessibilit\u00e9 et donne lieu \u00e0 des comp\u00e9titions nationales et internationales sur les six continents, qui ne cessent de prendre de l’ampleur.

La LFFA se distingue par son r\u00f4le dans le d\u00e9veloppement du football am\u00e9ricain au travers de l’encadrement d’\u00e9quipes \u00d916 ainsi que U19. Afin de participer au d\u00e9veloppement des missions de la Ligue Francilienne de Football Am\u00e9ricain, le projet soumis, \u00e0 pour but l’institutionnalisation d’une Equipe Technique R\u00e9gionale Flag. Cet ETR Flag tachera de former un collectif Ile-de-France, bas\u00e9 sur le model de fonctionnement des \u00e9quipes de football am\u00e9ricain de la LFFA d\u00e9j\u00e0 existantes.

La construction d’un collectif senior flag (+16) Ile-de-France serait la r\u00e9sultante de rassemblements sur la r\u00e9gion francilienne permettant la conception de deux \u00e9quipes, l’une masculine l’autre f\u00e9minine \u00e9ventuellement en somme une \u00e9quipe mixte.
La volont\u00e9 derri\u00e8re la cr\u00e9ation de cette \u00e9quipe technique r\u00e9gionale de flag, se veut de proposer un cadre sportif p\u00e9dagogue ouvert aux joueurs\/joueuses, aux entraineur, d\u00e9butant ou non, souhaitant se perfectionner dans la discipline du flag football, pour in fine participer au d\u00e9veloppement de la pratique sur l’hexagone.

L’objectif sur le long terme serait de pouvoir p\u00e9renniser ce collectif IDF puis de proposer des rencontres inter-ligues qui pourront servir de support \u00e0 la formation de nos arbitres. Il est imp\u00e9ratif d’intensifier nos actions sur le territoire fran\u00e7ais qui seront synonymes de la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 de notre sport, actions qui nous ont valu d’\u00eatre reconnu plus d’une fois \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle europ\u00e9enne.
